About the Role:
American Income Life is seeking entry-level Sales Representatives to provide supplemental insurance benefits to union members. This role is fully remote, commission-only, and involves a mix of inbound/outbound calls, scheduling, and presenting benefits packages over Zoom.
Compensation & Benefits:

Estimated Pay: $50,000 – $60,000 annually (commission-based, paid weekly)

100% commission (no base salary)

Residual income potential

Benefits available after 3 months (medical, vision, dental, life)

Annual all-expenses-paid company trips (past trips include Puerto Rico, Cancun, Disney, Vegas, Bahamas)
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct inbound and outbound calls

Schedule appointments with union members who request benefits

Present and explain insurance options via Zoom

Complete applications and underwriter requirements

Track and report daily numbers

Attend training sessions
Requirements:

18+ years old, High School diploma (higher education preferred)

Strong communication and time management skills

Customer service or retail experience preferred

Life Insurance License required (fees apply if not already licensed)

Computer, cell phone with unlimited calling, and reliable Wi-Fi
