Rejection: The Unseen Path to Success

Dealing with rejection is part of the game for us telemarketers. Lately, I’ve been focusing on turning ‘no’ into ‘not yet’ and it’s really changed my perspective. Has anyone else experimented with reframing their approach after a tough call? It seems like embracing the rejection could help us hit our quotas more consistently?

I totally get what you mean about reframing rejection. I’ve started asking open-ended questions after a ‘no,’ like, ‘What would make this a yes for you later?’ It’s helped me gather insights for future calls. Have you tried something similar?
