Finding the right time to call leads

I’ve noticed a big difference in my success rates depending on when I call potential leads. Recently, I started tracking my calls and found that late afternoons tend to yield better responses for certain demographics. Has anyone else experienced this, or do you have tips on optimizing call times?

I totally get what you mean about timing — I’ve found that calling right before lunch can also catch people at a good moment when they’re not too busy. Have you tried experimenting with early mornings as well? @Mason Moore.

, timing can be such a challenge! I’ve noticed that calling right after a holiday usually catches people in a more relaxed mood, and I get a decent response. Have you thought about tracking the specific days that yield the best results too?

I’ve definitely noticed that late afternoons can be golden for certain leads, but don’t overlook mornings too! I’ve found that a quick check-in around 10 AM can catch some people right before their day kicks into high gear. Have you thought about maybe breaking it down by industry too? Some sectors might have odd peak times?
