Branded caller ID is paying off

Turned on branded caller ID through Hiya and registered our numbers with Free Caller Registry last week; connect rate jumped from 7% to 11% in 48 hours and I booked 5 extra demos yesterday. Are you seeing spam tags ease up after registration, or is this just a short-term bump before carriers tighten again?

I saw spam tags ease when we capped per-DID volume around 150 calls/day to avoid velocity spikes. If your “11% in 48 hours” holds into week two, it usually sticks — are you rotating DIDs by campaign and re-validating on Free Caller Registry weekly?

Nice lift — “11% in 48 hours” tracks. Do you have A-level SHAKEN/STIR and consistent CNAM across DIDs?

Curious if you pushed RCD (call reason + logo) through Hiya; Free Caller Registry alone gave me a quick lift but RCD made it stick on AT&T/Cricket. , carriers are fickle, so I also tightened retries to 2/day and aligned the callback in voicemail with the branded CNAM — keeping complaints down kept the spam tag off after week one. Which carrier is still flagging you, and are you using RCD with A-attestation, @warren_lee81?

We saw tags calm down only after we capped redials at 2/day per lead and shifted about 30% of calls to 10am–1pm; the quiet lever is keeping “complaints <0.2%” with an upfront opt-out. @anderson86 is right on richer display — pair it with a weekly check of your reputation portals and see if one carrier stays spikier than the rest?
